Authorization Process With Twilio

Note: Twilio is only available on the pro version.

To integrate with Twilio follow, the below steps.

Process of Authorization and Integration

  1. Search & Select Twilio from the actions pages

  2. Integration Name: Set the proper integration name. Default it's taken Twilio.

  3. After that, you have to copy the Account SID, Auth Token, and From (Phone Number) from your Twilio account & paste on the field.
    To get the Account SID, Auth Token, and from (Phone Number),

  • click on Twilio Console or go to Twilio console Dashboard

  • click on Account => API Keys & Tokens

  • Now copy the Account SID, Auth Token and paste it into the integration’s dashboard.

  • Enter your twilio phone number From (Phone Number) field

  • Click on “Authorize” button.


From (Phone Number) means Sender Phone Number

  1. Click on Next to set up the other integration settings ahead.

  2. After completing the authorization process, you will find the Map Field option. You have to map Select Number fields with the related Twilio field.

  3. You can type your message and also can put dynamic fields (Form Fields or Task Fields).

  4. Now, click on the Next button to move forward for further settings.


Select Number means Receiver Phone Number

  1. Now save the integration by clicking the Finish & Save Button


If you use Twilio trial account then you must verify the recipient number.

  1. We have an option in every integration Timeline where you can check integration success or error status.

  2. Also, you can Edit Clone Delete the integration.
