Authorization Process With ConstantContact

Note: ConstantContact is only available on the pro version.

To integrate with ConstantContact follow, the below steps.

Process of Authorization and Integration

  1. Search & Select ConstantContact from the actions pages

  2. Integration Name: Set the proper integration name. Default it's taken 'ConstantContact'.

  3. After that, you have to copy the Client Id & Client secret from your ConstantContact account & paste the Client Id & Client secret on the field.
    To get the Client Id & Client secret

  • click on the Constant Contact Application or go to Constant Contact Application

  • Then create a new application.

  • Input your preferred application name

  • Select (Authorization Code Flow and Implicit Flow) and (Rotating Refresh Tokens or Long Lived Refresh Tokens) then click on create button

  • Then edit the application

  • Copy the Authorized Redirect URIs from integration dashboard and paste it into the Constant Contact application form.

  • Then generate Client Secret from the Constant Contact application

  • Copy the Client Id and Client Secret from Constant Contact application and paste into this authorization form.

  • Finally, click Authorize button.

  1. Click on Next to set up the other integration settings ahead.

  1. After completing the authorization process, Select the Source of your choices from the drop-down options.

  2. You will find the Map Field option. You have to map all the necessary fields with the related ConstantContact field. By default, Email field of ConstantContact will be available. You can also send custom values by mapping your required field. then, click on the Next button to move forward for further settings.

  3. Now save the integration by clicking the Finish & Save Button

Account

  1. After completing the authorization process, Select the Source of your choices from the drop-down options.

  2. You will find the Map Field option. You have to map all the necessary fields with the related ConstantContact field. By default, Email field of ConstantContact will be available. You can also send custom values by mapping your required field. then, click on the Next button to move forward for further settings.

  3. Now save the integration by clicking the Finish & Save Button

Actions

  • Add Address fields: Also, you can enable the action Add Address Field to add the address of the contact. The addresses fields of ConstantContact are fixed – street, City, State, postal code, & country. These fields are required for the ConstantContact contact.

  • Add Phone field: Also, you can enable the action Add phone Field to add the phone of the contact. This field are required for the ConstantContact contact.

  • Add Tags: You can enable the action Tags Field to add the tags of the Contact or Account. In addition, you can add multiple tags from custom. If you don't see any tag. Click on the refresh button.

  • Lists: You can enable the action Lists Field to add the lists of the contact and account. In addition, you can add multiple lists from custom. If you don't see any lists. Click on the refresh button.

  1. We have an option in every integration Timeline where you can check integration success or error status.

  2. Also, you can Edit Clone Delete the integration.
